May I ask how long it will take to launch the help center? I saw it on your roadmap.

Yes, a help center / knowledge base that also integrates to the other Produktly features is on the roadmap: https://roadmap.produktly.com/?roadmapItemId=534
We don't unfortunately have a timeline to share about that at the moment
