what's worth it is the feedback widget
Thanks to me for the feedback tool that works very fluidly, this is very good but the product tour function is far from working intuitively yet.
The tool for receiving feedback is very simple and good to add to a product, I really liked it.
Essential points for improvement are that the feedback tool is not integrated with any roadmap, that is, it is necessary to manually add the feedback that comes from it to the roadmap.
Another essential point of improvement is that after publishing the feedback tool, there is no way to edit simple things that could be editable.
What is missing is the ability to configure a CNAME for the roadmap, and automatically provide a general summary of what happened in the month within the roadmap, which could be, for example, sent by email as some roadmaps do.
The product tour function leaves a lot to be desired, being very confusing to use, and not working as well in practice as other product tour software works. The way the product tour was constructed was non-intuitive, non-visual, and confusing to understand how to use, even for those who are very familiar with technology. For example, it is very difficult to see the screen of what is happening in the product tour, the screen that is supposed to be recorded in the steps always does not appear, and it is not at all intuitive to use this function. (So much so that I bought another one just for this function after it is very intuitive for a product tour, with embed features and other facilities.)
But as I said, the feedback tool is good, and that alone was worth the investment for me. (Even better if it integrated with the roadmap, and you could edit the feedback tool, which is a basic thing.)
If you can at least edit the feedback widget after it's created, I'll come here and change the rating to a higher rating.

Great for engaging clients!
Produktly is exactly what I've been hoping for for a while- a simple all-in-on product to enhance my course environment and make onboarding easier. I was able to embed it in my LMS (ThriveCart Learn+) easily, but I'm taking one taco away because figuring out the user identification and segmentation was a chose. I ended up having to use API docs and custom code to figure it out, which was a pain. Definitely the weak spot in this. But once I figured it out, it's working beautifully. Now my clients have custom checklists, I'm receiving feedback, and it's easier for them to navigate sections of the course with directions. I haven't implemented all the tools yet- next on my list is NPS and changelog and announcements, all of which I'm excited about!

Regarding user identification, there isn't really a way to do it without custom code that would work for all possible different platforms and websites. No other tool does that without code either.
