Features of Produktly, such as Feedback and NPS, are essential for a product. They have helped us gather insights from our customers, thus improving our revenue. Additionally, Olli's speed of development for adding new features is highly appreciated.

I have been using Produktly for a few months now and have to say that it is great! The product tours, checklists and changelogs were easy to set up and look great on the website. Of course, there are things that could be improved (and many were already addressed during the last couple of months) like the more extensive usage of themes, some extra listeners, few fields that miss translation options, but nothing major, that would keep us from using the product. Looking forward to future updates.

I'd like to thank all the team of Produktly it's the find of the year! They are growing so fast and we do use lots of their features: NPS, Tours, Feedback, Changelogs, Announcements and at the same time it's so simple and native! Pure gold!

Thanks to me for the feedback tool that works very fluidly, this is very good but the product tour function is far from working intuitively yet.

The tool for receiving feedback is very simple and good to add to a product, I really liked it.

Essential points for improvement are that the feedback tool is not integrated with any roadmap, that is, it is necessary to manually add the feedback that comes from it to the roadmap.

Another essential point of improvement is that after publishing the feedback tool, there is no way to edit simple things that could be editable.

What is missing is the ability to configure a CNAME for the roadmap, and automatically provide a general summary of what happened in the month within the roadmap, which could be, for example, sent by email as some roadmaps do.

The product tour function leaves a lot to be desired, being very confusing to use, and not working as well in practice as other product tour software works. The way the product tour was constructed was non-intuitive, non-visual, and confusing to understand how to use, even for those who are very familiar with technology. For example, it is very difficult to see the screen of what is happening in the product tour, the screen that is supposed to be recorded in the steps always does not appear, and it is not at all intuitive to use this function. (So ​​much so that I bought another one just for this function after it is very intuitive for a product tour, with embed features and other facilities.)

But as I said, the feedback tool is good, and that alone was worth the investment for me. (Even better if it integrated with the roadmap, and you could edit the feedback tool, which is a basic thing.)

If you can at least edit the feedback widget after it's created, I'll come here and change the rating to a higher rating.
