Yikes! 1 taco. We understand the frustration. Between Sunday and Monday we had 2 issues on registration. 1 affecting just 4 users, another for a block of users between certain in regards to the license keys validation. Yesterday we did have an issue with license key validation between us and AppSumo. This was resolved around 1pm time EST. We're still monitoring it. The AppSumo purchase process is outside of our regular flow, so this was custom built just prior to launch. Our team is focussed this week to continually testing and enhance our onboarding process from technical to content with updated videos. First impressions go along way, and we are committed to not only the first impression, but long lasting relationship with our platform users.
