As a heavy Ai user, I’ve been needing a copy-paste manager that handles variables, and this is exactly what I’ve been looking for

The essential functions of the programme work as advertised, although it is pretty time-consuming. But I would advise against it because of the attitude towards customers. The product creator asked what other features we would like, and when I suggested this, he said it would be possible only if I agreed to share the cost. I've been an AppSumo customer for 8 years and have probably bought several hundred programs in that time, but I've never experienced anything like this.
[My reaction to the creator's response]:
Wouldn't you want to read carefully what a potential customer writes to you? I specifically said that I was disgusted by the suggestion of sharing the cost of a possible new feature because it has NEVER happened to me before, not because I did not get it.
Would you prefer that I gave you a rating of "1" with a brief justification that I don't like the program or it doesn't work the way you say it does? Can't you see that the reasoning of my rating contains a positive opinion of the program? As such, it only criticizes your approach to customers.
By the way, why don't you take a look at the previously given "1" ratings? They all talk about unsatisfactory support or lack of it!

PromptBox is excellent! Easy to use, very helpful for organization. Perfect for productivity. Highly recommend!

I've really enjoyed my short time using PromptBox. Started off setting up response and outreach templates to replace how I was using Magical / Text Expander apps in Chrome.

The custom variables work the way I was hoping they would (I wasn't sure from the screenshots I saw pre-purchase but you do get a field box to enter variables when using the shortcut).

Folder organization is nice and haven't had any problems getting it activated and learning quickly how I can use it...especially excited to organize prompts with variable inputs.

Looking forward to seeing how this fits into my day-to-day.

(FYI: There is a demo response of PromptBox's customer service template inside the tool providing a nice scenario example. It included a link asking for a review...nice touch...I used it).

Hello, app looks great but I'm having a problem with shortcut. For example my shortcut and type "/sum2" for prompt "summarize this...." the prompt will just show less than a second then goes back to "/sum2" again instead of the prompt itself.
