LOST ALL MY PROMPTS!! STAY AWAY!! š©š©š©
Like many others who have posted similar reviews and complaints, there was an incident that caused me to get downgraded to a free account! As a result, I also lost all my prompts! I reached out to Matthew at matthew@promptbox.ai multiple times last month to see if he could restore my account to get them back. After weeks of him saying he would fix the issue whenever I followed up, there was still no progress. So, I got AppSumo involved and it took him nearly a month to finally restore my account. However, my prompts were still lost! So, I followed up with him again for weeks and after getting nowhere, I just gave up. And before he responds with, "Did you email me at the correct email address," YES, I DID! Using that same excuse for every person who complains gets old fast and people can see through it. I don't plan on using this app as it is obviously not reliable and clearly not for serious professionals.
