I was eager to stop paying for PandaDocs to send a couple invoices each month, and Propoze helped me affordably do that. It's still an early stage product, so there are some things like customizing fonts, integrating branding colors, and other features that more mature products already have in place, but with a responsive and open development team, I'm confident this product will only continue to grow more and more robust.

This is a very simple and easy to use proposal tool. Looks like this tool is in the initial stage. However developer has put good thoughts in it and appears to be in right direction.

I would like to give following additional suggestion to the developer.
1. Please allow to add brand in the proposal. A company sells different brand products. So brand name and brand description field would be very helpful.

2. Please integrate smtp integration so that when client is selected and proposal is sent, the proposal goes both via email body and as email attachment.

3. Allowing payment in the same proposal is the most. Else if there can be payment link area where the customers can click and then make the payment via stripe link, that would be fine as well to begin with.

4. If developer allows multi company support via single login, it would help agencies.

5. This is a simple and straight forward proposal tool. Please allow chat code insertion so that when the the proposal is opened, client should be able to chat directly with the employee / company.

6. Javascript insertion should be allowed for various purpose.

7. Pabbly connect integration should be implemented as a lot of appsumo customers use pabbly connect.

Though some functionality like integrated emails and enhanced notifications could be improved, the app's usability and value at its price point are hard to beat. It's particularly praised for its straightforward setup and ability to integrate into various workflows. Overall, Propoze.app is highly recommended for anyone needing a reliable and easy-to-use proposal solution

After dinking around with it for ten minutes, I think I like it. Especially at this price. I just want to be able to shell out a proposal quickly and easily from an inventory of services that I can add from, and bam - send for approval. There's already a couple of little things I don't care for but they're tiny - overall it's simple straightforward and exactly what I need. And at this price it's ridiculous not to at least try it. For it's simplicity and price point, I'm giving it a 5 taco value.

I wanted to love this, but after my test use, I am not sure it will work for our needs.

I just purchased and ran a test proposal and ran into the following challenges:
(1) Once I published the proposal, it didn't send it to the client. I am provided with a link that I have to send to my client. It would be great to have the ability to draft an email that sends the proposal as a part of the publishing process.

(2) I get absolutely no notifications from propose if a client has opened, viewed or even accepted/declined the proposal! While I can live with the first two options, the fact that I don't get an email notification if the client accepts or declines the proposal is a big issue. I have looked in the help section and it doesn't appear this is an option.

(3) from the client side, when I accepted the proposal NOTHING happened. I didn't get an email confirmation, I didn't get a redirect to ANYWHERE. So while payments is on the roadmap, in the interim I can't even redirect them to anyplace to keep the process moving forward.

(4) Currently no integrations...with anything.

(5) on the proposal side, I need the option to provide package options that a client can select, and this is not a feature currently. (is this on the roadmap?).

While I want to love this product, without some of the key things above, I am not sure this product will work for us.
