Q: How easy would it be to import aliases from SimpleLogin

I already have many aliases on SimpleLogin. It would be helpful to import that list and create them all at once on ProxiedMail. Is this possible?

A: Hi,

Thank you for your question.
It's Alex, the founder of ProxiedMail.
Currently you can just export it and send it to me.
I'll run the script in order to export it.

Probably it would just take a one day.
For sure, it's not an issue.
Thank you.

Q: It feels very interesting.

I gave it a try, and it seems like a very interesting product.

Could you please share as many use cases as possible?

How can I use this product to prevent my real account from being hacked?

A: Hi,

Thanks for reaching out. It's Alex, the founder of ProxiedMail.
I'll give a shorter version here, but for a full you can see the description here :)

1. Security. First of all, about the real email. Since you're using proxy email everywhere no one knows where to hack. So, if you have email like tkes@icloud.com - its basically your login. So people now only need password. Not the case with...

Q: Dynamic address

I currently use SimpleLogin and love the ability to create an alias on the fly using a prefix. If an email arrives matching a prefix but no alias exists, SimpleLogin automatically creates that email alias. Does Proxiedmail offer a similar feature?

Thank you for your question.
We're currently support only catch-all emails.
If we have 5 appvotes here we would take it to release in September :)

Q: Send emails

Is it possible to send email through the proxied email. If yes, how? Or the proxy email is only for receiving emails.

A: Hi,

It's Alex, the founder of ProxiedMail.

It's possible through the "Contacts" functionality. Just select proxy email from which you want to send and click "Send/Contacts". We would generate you a reverse proxy to which you would need to send a email using your standard provider.

If you have any more questions please feel free to clarify.
Thank you.

A: Hi,

It's Alex, the founder of ProxiedMail.

Thank you for your question.
No, there is no possibility yet.
If you have a lot of them just send me a CSV, I would try to import it with a script. But it will take a few days.

Thank you.
