I'll give a shorter version here, but for a full you can see the description here :)

1. Security. First of all, about the real email. Since you're using proxy email everywhere no one knows where to hack. So, if you have email like tkes@icloud.com - its basically your login. So people now only need password. Not the case with ProxiedMail
2. Privacy. No one can track down and tie up data in case you're using standard email. Imagine you leave some traces on forums and people can just gather all info about you.
3. Custom domains. You can use UNLIMITED amount of custom domains. Works with any email client. So, you can put several custom domains over your Gmail or iCloud for example.
4. AI bots. Create bot that would work with the prompt and forward all incoming messages to you allowing to sneak into the conversation with someone once you want it.
