Unlimited MTUs didn’t work financially for us in Tier 3 since we're already offering unlimited responses, surveys, seats, and lifetime access to all Pulse features. MTUs are the only way for us to cap costs; if MTUs were uncapped, we could face runaway server costs for lifetime.

That said, in terms of product features and quality, we've seen companies move to Blitzllama from incumbents like Sprig and SurveyMonkey, and they’ve been happier after the move.

You might have already know about our two features below, but I’d love to hear your thoughts on whether they could work for you:

1. MTU sampling
We provide an MTU sampling feature that allows you to control which users are tracked (e.g., ignoring anonymous website visitors while tracking signed-in users). So, if you have 500K MTUs, you can choose to track only the most relevant 35K users.

2. Unified cross-platform counting
If the same user opens both your Android app and your website, we count them as one MTU (not two) - which saves the MTUs.
