Q: I'm Getting A Server Error On Your Website (QApop) When Trying to Create My Account After 5 Tier Purchase

Just sent a support ticket in, keeping my fingers crossed it will be answered quickly after
reading some discouraging responses about support. Will see how it goes

I just purchased 5 Tier license on Appsumo 08/31/2024 (please see 3 attachments in email)

I'm following the correct outline for redeeming my codes, however when
I try and create my account I'm always getting a sever error (see attachments in my email)

Can you please instruct me on what I need to do as I can't even creat e an account.

PS: About 1-2 years ago I believe I previously purchased and might have requested a refund
in case this might be an issue. However, if everything is working properly
I'm planning on working with the program now. Please assist
