Q: guest feedback and notifications

I just tested QH on Tier 4 and noticed i don't get notifcations via email when new tasks are assigned. Is this not functioning?

Hi egglan,

Thanks for getting in touch, there is email notifications that are sent on:
- Task assignment (assuming you're not assigning to yourself)
- Comments added to a task you've previously commented on, raised or have been assigned to

I'd recommend checking your notification preferences in your account area or checking your spam folder to see if your firewall has blocked the email.
