I’ve been testing QualityHive for about a week or two, and I’m already impressed by both the platform and the level of support from its founder, Harry. He’s been incredibly responsive — answering questions within minutes, providing updates, and even considering feature suggestions like white-labeled guest feedback and subdomain customization.

The platform itself is intuitive and tailored toward actionable task management, focusing on the actual development/fixing process rather than just raising tasks — a unique approach compared to other tools like ProjectHuddle and Markup.

QH is UK-based, which means that it has built-in compliance with UK/EU GDPR.
The QH team are responsive to ideas and suggestions, and are great to communicate with.
