I'm very pleased with this tool. I primarily use it to gather client feedback during meetings. Instead of typing notes into a document, I simply click on the relevant element and record the requested changes. This allows me to clearly understand the clients' needs at the precise moment they're providing feedback.

It serves as an excellent reference when implementing website changes. It reduces the number of meetings and wasted time spent trying to decipher what our customers need.
