Q: Product isn't working and no obvious way to contact support!

So testing out Qura and currently getting an error trying to create replies on X. The error says I have to add an OpenAI API key before I can use the product. Why? I thought I was good for 7,000 credits before needing to BYOK? Just for reference, I get this error every time I try to create a reply and it deducts it from my credit allowance. Not a great start.

I have removed the extension, re-issued the licence key, updated Chrome and restarted it. Still not working.

This leads me on to how I actually access support... there is nowhere in the dashboard, no chat widget, no redirect to a help center or support email and the same holds true for your website. No contact information at all that I can see. Please do share with us Sumo-lings how we are meant to access support? I'm on the edge of refunding on this basis alone.

Hi Luke, We encountered an issue with saving OpenAI API keys in our database. Could you please attempt to add your OpenAI key again? It should work fine now

You've missed my point. I hadn't added nor had I tried to add my Open AI key as I assumed T2 and 7,000 credits meant the first 7,000 generations were covered by Qura and that my key would be needed once I'd exceeded those credits.
