Q: Will you all delete all our media again?

Hi. Since you all came back to AppSumo, I logged back in to the site to investigate if any real changes were made. And revived hurt and anger as I remembered you all wiped every bit of media from my station and remembered why I stopped using your service in the first place.
My questions are will you delete our media again from our stations without notifying us? Why would you do that to your customers? What is plan to keep that from happening again?

I know for a fact I wasn't the only one you did this to. You all completely decimated my work - time and effort after deleting all of my media. You gave no notification - and when I raised it up with support, all I received essentially was 'sorry'. https://app.screencast.com/zVXtK9p1eh13p

A: Hi, media files are not deleting by us and actually we have daily additional backup for all of our users and I've never heard about this for the last 5 years of our company. Your case seems interesting and I will definitely check it out what happen between you and our support team during the time.

To answer your question, I can say that your media files are safe in our platform and our support is much better compared to past.

The real wonder should be why does Appsumo allow them to constantly keep coming back without making in real solid changes.

Onur, I'm not sure what you mean by interesting - but I can assure you, to my great disbelief, it was all deleted. What's interesting is you never hearing about it, especially since I sent a support ticket. I wish I could show more of what was said - but the link leads me to a 404 page now. I do agree support is better. I had a recent ticket that was responded to promptly.

I'm sorry to hear about this experience right now... You may wonder why I did not hear such a thing as the founder so my explanation could be that there was a time when I had strong health issues that took me away from my business for 8 months. Still your case looks like a very rare situation and I will check it. For today, I can say that everything running smoothly in our company.
