Good product
I bought the tier 2 because the sound quality is better than the tier 1. I have been using it for a week and it has worked well. As for support, I wrote to them via email and got a response after a few hours. Their online chat is not for solving technical problems so I recommend going directly to their email.

En cuanto a soporte, les escribí vía correo electrónico y obtuve respuesta después de algunas horas. Su chat online no es para resolver problemas técnicos por lo que recomiendo ir directamente a su correo.
