I like the keyword research and audit features of this product. It's helping me stay consistent with posting. Even though the output needs edited, there's not much I have to do to get an article up on my sites. The output is consistent and I'm able to track my results. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer! I'm looking forward to what's in store for Ranklytics, I feel like I snagged a good one here.

I find it interesting when people slam these startups for PETTY issues.

These guys have implemented nearly EVERY SINGLE suggestion that I have brought to them. A number 1 issue for me was just completed today. They literally just emailed me asking for me to test out the "fix" and it works perfectly. There is a LOT going on behind the scenes with this tool, and people need to understand that.

That issue was the browser posting the "Wait" error during the writing of the article because they are large. Which by the way, is a BONUS for anyone looking to get more traffic. Google loves these long, well formatted articles. .

The UI could use some work, but right now they are focusing on CONTENT OUTPUT. They are going to stick around as they are part of a larger SEO strategy and corp. I had a nice discussion about this via chat the other day. With so many of these software companies going belly up and leaving us Sumo-lings hanging, I had to check.

While Ranklytics offers some useful tools, the service is often plagued with issues that make it feel unstable and unreliable. We encountered multiple problems, including blank pages, unexplained errors, and unresponsive buttons, which significantly disrupted our workflow. Although some of these issues gradually get resolved, they can take weeks to be addressed, causing unnecessary delays.

Unfortunately, customer support has been equally disappointing. Despite having a live chat feature, responses are slow, with many of our questions left unanswered. In some cases, it took weeks to hear back. Overall, the lack of dependable support and the instability of the platform have made Ranklytics a frustrating and time-consuming investment.

I’ve tested this software from multiple angles, and it’s clear it needs serious development. Many links are broken or missing, and the content generated is subpar at best. Be cautious of YouTubers aggressively promoting it—they’re clearly cashing in without even using the tool themselves. The software is raw, laggy, and frequently freezes during content creation, which is incredibly frustrating. I could go on, but the bottom line is this: it’s a waste of time.

None of the generated articles have ranked, and the keyword optimization is extremely poor. The platform promises much but delivers little, leaving you with zero results. Developers, if you’re out there, please take note: this tool needs a massive overhaul. Save your time and look elsewhere.

Fantastic app to create content and brainstorm content, but needs improve UX and navigation.

You would simplify "seed keywords" for simple categories to create ideias of keywords inside of the same section. Try to order by volume as default would be nice as well.

Reports could be more visual as well.
