No Customer Support

I’ve been disappointed with the customer support experience so far. After reaching out multiple times with questions, I received no acknowledgment or response, despite my messages showing as “read.” The lack of communication and support makes it feel like customer inquiries aren’t a priority. I expected better responsiveness, especially after purchasing the app. If customer support is crucial to you, I’d recommend considering other options, as the current service here has not met my expectations.
