Q: Didn't respond to review
I'm not sure why you didn't respond to the review on 11th Jan:
"Keyword Research is Incorrect
I have been using this tool for a bit now and I compare its keyword research to Keysearch and Keywords Everywhere results straight from Google and the results are *grossly* wrong. The difficulty, the search volume...I don't know where Rankspro is getting these numbers from. Keeping it because it tracks so many keywords. And hopeful that the keyword research will eventually give accurate results."
How would you respond to this review since I would like to purchase but if it's giving the wrong info, then there's no point purchasing. Also, your lack of response to that review reflects on the kind of support you give.

I respect your question about the Keyword Research data and the no response to the review posted about this. So there is no reason for not responding to this review as there are many other reviews we skipped because of busy schedule and due to the reason that we are busy in building more advanced features and working on the data accuracy as well.

About the SEO Difficulty:
Regarding the difference between different results from other tools, for example Ahrefs. We can't compare Ahrefs' rankings and our rankings directly, because we still have different logarithmic scales.
We calculate this value according to our method, so I can only advise you to check the formula. In many cases ad competition use to be high, but it's very easy to rank organically.
We may change this at a later stage but currently the SEO Difficulty is correct as per our data and formula. We are taking feedback about same from all of our users and looking forward to the solution and changes in our system to match it with other tools if needed but I would suggest you to check this once as a practical where our system shows low SD, I want you to try for that keyword with SEO and that keyword will be ranked quick.
We understand that other tools are the top ones and in the market for a while, and people must compare data but if anyone can really do the practical and consider our SEO Difficulty as correct can help us decide in a proper manner that whose SD is correct and accurate. But saying ours is inaccurate just because other tools in the market shows different is not sufficient for us to accept it.

I can understand your response with regard to KD - as every tool is different.
To me, the most important thing is rank tracking and your results come from Google and it's accurate. Thanks.
