Thank you for sharing your feedback here with us and other buyers. Here are my answers:

If you're looking for a replacement to Semrush, this isn't it. It does have some great tools under the hood, but accurate data is essential and this doesn't have it.
RP: Yes, its not 100% alternative now and if you ask why it is selected as alternative? Its the field we cant add a custom and have option to select pre defined tools. But we have a plan to evolve RanksPro to the advanced SEO tool soon. Its only 6 months since we launched it publicly, Semrush evolved in 15+ years, so we have great future and even you can compare it in next 10 months :)

If you compare our Monthly and Lifetime cost is nowhere comparable with us. Our monthly plan starts with US $19/mo and Semrush's Monthly plans start with US $139.95/mo. We are not increasing our price to such level never in future but yes we will be increasing the features for sure. We are happy to offer same level of features and even customized features with our Entreprise plan. The current plan on which deal is synced is Pro, still we are offering too much in terms of credits etc. and this is a Lifetime deal, there is time to match level of Semrush but with this price anyone can lock the deal and can enjoy the upcoming features and improvements.

About data, its all accurate but you compare it Semrush and other tools it can differ. There are lots of reasons behind the difference, and we are happy to answer the same.

1. You have no control of when the data is pulled, you have no date stamps that show the date of the data you're viewing.
RP: We never mentioned anything like this in our product description. Its all latest and updates on a regular basis. If this is needed we closely follow feedback and will add the time stamp in a separata column.

2. Because of point 1, it's hard to export reports for clients as the data can be inaccurate.
RP: The data is accurate and upto date. We will add the date column within this or next week. Thank you for that.

3. Reports are not exportable for each data set you view, for instance, you can't export competition reports... which is essential.
RP: You can export the same, please connect with us on live chat support.

4. The system is glitchy, I've added our company logo for reports and set it to default, but I need to repeat the process for each export.
RP: Its not a glitch, it works in this way for now and you need to select the updated Logo but dont need to upload. We know it well, and that can be changed with future updates.

5. Adding a new website takes 12-24 hours to pull data!! Every other site I've used is instant. Even the free sites...
RP: It was 12-24 hours weeks back but not now, its already improved and the new project rank use to be updated in 30-40 mins only. Please connect with us if any of your project took 12-24 hours in last few weeks.

I will say however that I can see they are working on things. As of now though, it just feels like a very cheap system with a long road of development ahead.
RP: Can you please tell us specifically where you see it as cheap? Due to the deal we are offering with too much credits? Do you really think the deal have no value? Initial product can be different completely from what its going to be. When you are planning to save thousands of dollars then I would suggest to invest in tools like RanksPro and have some patience and look at the improvements and team efforts.

Soon it will be one of the top choices in SEO tools. And we are on it, few things which are not in our roadmap are going to be the part of RanksPro future. Stay tuned :)
