THis is a really good tool, but there seem to be some technical issues that have not been ironed out. When the tool is working well, I am happy with the ranking tracking and backlink analysis tool, but so far they have not been working consistently.

1. Ranking update times seem inconsistent. I have asked customer service three times now, and they refuse to tell me what time of day rankings are updated. They just do not respond to the question.

2. When adding a new project, it often takes over 12 hours to update, and in some cases it has taken over 24 hours.

3. When trying to look at Backlinks, the report sometimes glitches and you have to switch between showing one link per domain and all domains to get it to work.
