Tier Limits are Confusing
Hello RDMC
First of all, I want to express my gratitude for introducing such a promising App. I opted for Tier2 to give it a try.
I was interested in upgrading to Tier3, but I noticed a significant price jump from $99 to $299, which I found a bit steep.
I have a few questions and would appreciate your insights:
1. Why are languages limited based on tiers?
2. Why are image size options limited based on tiers?
I understand the limitations on GPT4, AI Images, AI Transcription, and AI Voice generation, but I find the restrictions on image size options and languages puzzling.
What if you offered all 9 image sizes in every tier and let users choose according to their tier limit?
What if you provided all 25 languages in every tier and allowed users to pick based on their tier limit?
Please correct me if I have misunderstood anything.

Dec 6, 2024Hi Meraaz,
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and for exploring RDMC AI! it means a lot to us! We’re glad you’ve found value in the platform so far.
Regarding the pricing, the key difference lies in the expanded features and resources. For instance, Tier 2 includes a 50,000-word limit, while Tier 3 offers 140,000 words, along with more AI images, additional editor seats, and other upgrades. We also designed our pricing to be straightforward, unlike many tools that use credit-based systems, which can often be confusing. By offering words and images directly, we aim to make the value clearer to our users.
Your questions regarding language, styles, and image size limitations are absolutely valid. Based on your feedback, we’ve decided to grant full access to all image sizes, styles, and languages for 3 months to all tiers starting today for Sumo-lings. This means you can freely use these features for the three months. After that period, you’ll have the flexibility to select the sizes and languages that align with your tier’s options based on your specific needs.
We deeply value your feedback as it helps us improve RDMC AI further. If you have any additional questions or suggestions, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help.
Best regards,
The RDMC AI Support Team
