Q: Editing and Support
Can you edit the actual video in here? cut it? move it? extend it if its too short on one side or the other where it cut off? I dont seem to be able to do any of that. Also your site has 0 support options.. no chat, no email, no contact us page..

Yes — we do support cutting and extending clips in the clipping editor. You can trim the start or end of any clip. Moving segments around isn’t available yet, but it’s coming soon.
In the transcript editor, you can also hover near the start or end of a transcript block to see the “Add Segment” button for more control on extending.
As for support — we hear you. There’s a live chat option in the bottom-right corner once you’re logged in. And you can always email us at hello@reap.video. We’ll make both options more visible.
