Q: Tier 3 is similar to Pro Plan and 1-2 are basic so my question is
What platforms are part of "Enhanced Integrations" which is only under your Pro Plan and not under basic? I already purchased Tier 2, but I'm trying to research why Tier 3 might be better for me. Also, on your site the Pro plan says "Enhanced Integrations" are included instead of the "basic integrations," but here on appsumo you are not including the "Enhanced Integrations" even if we buy Tier 3. Why? It literally says above all tiers only include "Basic Integrations." I'm hoping that is a mistake. Integrations are everything for sumolings. Thank you

We would like to clarify the matter of enhanced integrations. Currently, our basic integration options are provided through Zapier, API, and Webhook. While our website mentions "Enhanced Integrations," it is listed as "Basic Integrations" on the AppSumo platform because native integrations require additional development time and resources.
We have implemented custom integrations with systems like Zendesk for some of our customers, but native integrations for chat, CRM, and ERP systems are needed. These types of integrations require significant time, and we also need to enter the App Markets of the platforms we will integrate with.
For our Forms product, we currently provide Zapier, Webhook, and API support. The systems we can best provide native integration with are software like Airtable and Google Sheets. Our Capture product comes not only with video but also with a series of AI rules. With features like custom AI rule roles, URL parameters, and custom fields, Capture offers a powerful integration experience.
Among the platforms we plan to integrate with are many second and third-party applications such as Intercom, Zendesk, ServiceNow, and Kustomer. We have added a voting section on our roadmap page to decide which platform will be prioritized.
We are working to make new features and updates available to all users, including LTD features. We are moving step by step to build a sustainable support and company structure. We see and value the support of Sumolings.
