Manychat is mainly focused on automated messaging (DMs) for Messenger, Instagram DMs, and WhatsApp, with a chatbot-driven funnel experience.

With replient.ai, you get one dashboard to handle all your public comments, complete with automation rules (e.g., hide/like/reply based on sentiment or tags), activity tracking, and direct actions like hiding, replying, liking, deleting, or marking comments as done.
🔹 AI-Driven Replies
replient.ai auto-generates brand-specific replies based on your last 500 interactions, website content, and uploaded files — no chatbot setup required. You get 3 smart replies per comment to choose from.

What exactly do you mean by public contributions?
Can I copy the URL from any Facebook post and paste it into the tool and as soon as a comment is made on the post, a reply is written via the tool.
I have to connect my own facebook account to the tool or ?
Is it possible to create a funnel (process) for several automated comment responses, just like with Manychat?

You just connect your brand's social media profiles (IG, FB, TT, ...) and once someone comments on your posts, you can see the comment in replient. Our tool gives you 3 reply suggestions that you can send with one click. So no copy/paste from URL - its all within the tool.
At the moment, replient.ai does not support multi-step conversation funnels like Manychat (e.g., “If user DMs this, then send that”). The current automation setup is based on comment-triggers (IF user comments XY -> THEN send DM with message), meaning it can automatically send custom DMs based on comments. (eg. "comment TOOL and I send you the link in your DMs)
