Q: Before acquiring the software, I have purchased credits to be able to use it on a trial basis.
I am testing the software with the intention of implementing it in our non-profit Magazine. It is important for us to detect plagiarism. However, we have tested with 2 documents and it indicates that it has 0% plagiarism, a fact that seems strange to us since every article has textual quotations.
Additionally, we observed that it hangs in the process and as it takes a long time, it must be refreshed and/or opened in another tab.

Upon careful observation, the number of words/characters being checked for plagiarism was exceeding Rewording’s limit. We set this limit to ensure the best output quality. In return, we have increased your current credits to 100 so you can test as many as you wish. We advise checking a maximum of 2 paragraphs per call.
Since this is a non-profit magazine helping teachers and students, you may request additional testing credits if needed.
