Production robots are unattended and offer the highest level of power. You can run any flow on them except attended conversational flows. You can schedule them to work like digital employees with shifts. For example you might schedule one flow from 9:00 to 9:30 and another from 11:00 to 13:00. Each robot runs a single flow at a time and when it finishes it becomes idle and waits for the next task ( You can schedule any flow that can run in the background ). Once you create the license and connect the robot from anywhere it simply waits for your commands.
Application robots function as empty slots. In our Agents dashboard you can run conversational automations similar to OpenAI’s GPTs. To launch an agent you create an instance that occupies one slot and spins up an application robot. You connect it from anywhere and run that agent’s flow. If all slots are in use you can delete an instance to free a slot and create another. Each application robot can only run the one flow it is associated with.
Development robots included 1 in all Tiers, is only for development, can not be scheduled, can not run attended flows.
Best,
