At the moment this is not possible, however all these features are on the roadmap: from custom domains to multi-tenancy/agency account types and full whitelabeling of the platform.
That is correct, it’s a lifetime deal. Get a code (or multiple ones) now, and get all the future features included. Some of the early birds already got a good few extra features since their initial purchases, with more to come.
Q: I'd love buying Role!
But what will prevent any buy is : 1/ no translation available in other languages, 2/ hard coded text that should have to be customized to fit with other use cases 3/ API or intégration to generate packs on the fly.
Could you tell me if those 3 items make sense and if they're (going to be) planned in the near roadmap?
Thanks for reaching out with your feedback and questions.
#1 and #2 are currently on the roadmap and it's something that's definitely will be added; with the translation/internationalisation of the candidate facing interface being higher up on the list of priorities. Now #2, or the hardcoded text - I'd assume you mean the form (both for the interested/declining flows) - is something that...
Regarding #2 and the hardcoded text, it's not only the form but also the text of the cta buttons and the sections. Indeed, I have lot of great ideas to use Role.so but they're not all about hiring. More flexibility would make Role.so a go to for lot of businesses!
No problem - always happy to chat. Yes, those definitely are going into the translation milestone as well. Further down the line there will be even more customisation options and deeper integrations. The platform and the roadmap is driven by feedback so, as always, I appreciate the input.
Hey @JeanBernard 👋 Happy to announce that the internationalisation feature is now live! 🎉 You can read more about it (including a demo) on the changelog page.
My pleasure JB! Many thanks for your purchase and please feel free to reach out via email should you have any questions or feedback - happy to chat further!
Q: Webhooks and own forms?
Hi,
I have an applicant system I need candidates to apply through. Can I customize the "I'm interested" link to embed my own form and can I send webhooks to our custom HR system?
Yes, you can configure the "I'm interested" button to point to a link of your choice - in your case the applicant system you are using. This way the Role.so candidate pack will serve as top of the funnel and if a candidate is interested they will click-through and land on your ATS capture form (here is a short video demo of this Custom CTA link feature: https://role.so/custom_cta.mp4)
No worries, happy to help. Correct - for now just a link. There is a plan on the roadmap to allow deeper integration (which will included webhooks, embeddings and direct API integrations to major application tracking systems and other 3rd party tools).
Q: work flow
I’m exploring using Role.so to provide detailed information about a job role as part of my recruitment process. After candidates apply, I plan to send them this info pack via Role.so, asking them to complete a psychometric test and also include a link to progress to a video interview on interviewer.ai. Would Role.so be a good fit for this workflow, and can it integrate smoothly with these steps?
To better understand your use case, I'll have to follow up with a question on my end: Do you envision for this psychometric test to live directly on the info pack? If so that's not currently possible. However yes, you can present any info of your choice given the available sections, and the "I'm interested" button can be linked to any site of...
Indeed, spot on then. You can add as many external links as needed. Also working on adding embedded videos and an option to turn of the CTA completely. These are in development at the moment.
Q: Is role.so only in English? I'm looking for a solution in German..
A: Hey, thanks for reaching out. At the moment Role.so supports English only, however I am looking into internationalisation options. First iteration will be internationalisation options for candidate facing UI (candidate packs), and at a later step translating the entire platform. This is currently on the Roadmap as well. I hope this helps!
Hey @JeanBernanrd, phase 1 (candidate facing UI/candidate pack translations) is currently in development. I don't have a clear ETA on this yet just because there are some 3rd party dependencies (translations done by a 3rd party) but I think it's safe to assume that a 2 to 3 week timeframe is something quite achievable.
Hey @JeanBernard! I'm just checking in to let you know that this internationalisation feature is now live! 🎉 You can read more about it (including a demo) on the changelog page.

Q: Can I put my name in this plan?
Can it be white labeled?
Multi workspace under this plan with Multi admin?

So will Appsumo users be eligible for all those whitelable and any other updates n upgrades in future ?

it will just be a link to the psychometric test and a link to the video interview so it seems like a winner thank you.
