The output isn't great: would benefit from templates and help with prompts

I want this to become better than lovable and all the alternatives popping out.
You need templates, better editing, multipage, ability to create full-stack apps, integrations...
I believe there is a lot of work to do but I believe in the team.
This could get bigger than Dukaan if done right!

Buggy but Brilliant: Why I’m Sticking with Rollout.site

Wow. That was my first reaction when I saw what Rollout.site could do. I gave it a simple prompt, and within minutes, I had a resume website that looked clean, professional, and ready to go. No tinkering with templates, no frustrating drag-and-drop headaches—just a fully functional site that felt like it had been tailored for me. I was seriously impressed.

But then, the honeymoon phase ended.

It didn’t take long for the bugs to show up. Small glitches, odd behaviors, and moments where I genuinely questioned if this tool was ready for prime time. It had done something incredible in seconds, but was it reliable enough to keep using? I started to wonder if Rollout.site was destined to be one of those tools I excitedly try, only to put back on the shelf a few days later.

Here’s the thing, though—I stuck with it. And through trial and error, I’ve found workarounds that make it manageable. One of the biggest pain points was the automatic menu generation. It just wasn’t working the way I wanted. So instead of fighting with it, I started using the tool to create the menu manually. That simple shift changed everything. Now, I feel more in control, and while there are still quirks, I’ve learned to navigate them rather than let them slow me down.

At this point, I have confidence in Rollout.site. Yes, there are challenges, but it’s good enough—and unique enough—that I don’t see myself abandoning it anytime soon. If they keep refining the platform and ironing out the early adopter kinks, it could become one of my go-to tools.

I’m giving it a 4 out of 5. Why? Because every issue I’ve encountered, I’ve been able to find a solution for. That doesn’t mean it’s perfect, but it does mean it’s usable, even with its rough edges. It’s not for the faint of heart—you need a little patience and willingness to adapt—but I truly believe Rollout.site has the potential to be a top 10 tool for me in 2025 if they keep improving.

Here’s to hoping I’m making the right decision.

Rollout : Pros and Cons

Updated 2/17/25: I recently started using Rollout, and there are a few things I really appreciate about it. The ease of entering a prompt and having it quickly populate content is fantastic. It provides a solid base to work from without much effort. Additionally, the menu and overall user interface are intuitive and user-friendly, making navigation a breeze.

However, there are a couple of issues that have me considering whether to continue using it. After the content is populated, making edits can be frustrating. Every time I change the text, it tends to revert back, which is quite inconvenient. Moreover, changing images is not as straightforward as I would like. The process of attaching an image and running it through a prompt even for simple tasks like uploading makes it cumbersome.

I will update this review as I receive feedback or if any updates improve these issues.

I want to like it but can't!

There are so many flaws with this tool. It works great for a very basic single page structure, so if your someone that struggles with site structure this might be good for you; however, there is so much that doesn't work. I.e. Appropriately generating a simple menu doesn't work, it doesn't manage multiple pages appropriatly, the AI is not following direction on what I type in I'd like to see, it does not generate any graphics for the designs it provides, and much more).

I would say you're better off just using ChatGPT or WIX AI editor, which greatly surpasses this product.

My feedback to the developers is make sure everything works properly. If you run a simple automated QA tool against this, you'll catch at least 20-22 different errors and capabilities that do not really work (some may work but not well)..

Errors, Bugs not yet fit for realease

It's an nice idea, poorly implemented, there are numerous bugs and you can't export well etc. At the moment the product is not worth it unless there is serious improvement and also customer service improves.

I will refund if development doesn't happen soon. It's not workable in it's current form.
