Q: Team plan. AI Model strengths. Rush Roto future.

Hello Christian!

Can you tell if Team accounts will be included into any tier, and how many?

If you constantly tweak and update AI model, could you specify for what tasks and scenarios? What are it's most strong points (regarding product industries, flexibility, realism, etc.)?

I know you have a small team, not a great budget (according to publicly available information), not much subscribers so far, high ambitions and much inspiration at the same time.
Hand on heart, would you say that current funds and maintenance expenses will provide at least couple of years of stable quality service? Doubts are connected with long awaited tutorials, roadmap, equal features for web-based and smartphone apps, tools and interface improvements...
Some convincing, true words with details will be very helpful for all of us.

Thanks to your whole team!

A: Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out with these detailed questions—I truly appreciate your interest in Rush Roto and your thoughtful feedback. Let me address each point:

Team Accounts: At the moment, team accounts are not included in the current tiers, but it’s a feature we’re actively considering for future plans. We’ll share updates once we finalize the details.

AI Model Strengths: Our AI model excels in creating high-quality, realistic product images tailored for e-commerce needs. It’s especially strong in scenarios requiring clean, professional visuals for industries like beauty, home decor, and small consumer goods. We’re constantly tweaking it to enhance realism, improve lighting consistency, and increase its flexibility for diverse product types and creative demands.

Sustainability and Future Plans: You’re absolutely right—we’re a small team with big ambitions and a lean budget, but we’re committed to providing a stable, high-quality service for the long haul. Our funding and current revenue streams are sufficient to sustain operations for the next few years, even as we grow.

Our priorities include:
Launching tutorials and guides to make the platform more accessible in the next 30 days.

Equalizing features between the web and smartphone apps to ensure a seamless experience across platforms.

Continuously improving tools and the interface to streamline workflows.
We know there’s always room for improvement, and we’re deeply committed to building a tool that meets your needs. Your support and feedback play a huge role in helping us get there.

Thanks again and feel free to reach out with any other questions or suggestions.
Best,
Christian

Thanks a lot for your attentive replies, Christian!
Not much details though. But I understand that giving any promises, dates, exact list and order of improvements is not reliable or comfortable for you now.

As for other questions and suggestions, I have sent letters to the e-mail you provided here. There were no answers. I used website contact form today and sent a copy to that e-mail again.
