Is there a way to end an email automation once the lead replies to an email in the sequence?
In my search, I believe you said there is no unified inbox, but we could see the email responses from customers on the platform.
Are we able to sort leads by engagement, i.e., opens or link clicks?

Apr 2, 2025A: Good question! You can use the "2nd Tier Campaign" to automatically switch a contact from one campaign to another when there is engagement. Or you can use web lead capture to automatically update a field in the system that triggers them to switch to another campaign.
