Q: Wondering if this will work for a primary brand with several sub-brand (field locations)
1) We are "Brand Man Co." (management company) that receives leads and manages a pipeline of potential management agreement clients.
2) "Brand Man Co." actively manages 18+ "stores" across the USA and has a central marketing team that manages marketing campaigns for those 18 "stores". Each "store" is a unique brand with its own email domains, website URLs, branding, business model, offerings, etc.
We would need:
• 4 seats for the "Brand Man Co." Sales/Ops team to manage leads/pipeline
• 3 seats for the "Brand Man Co." Marketing Dept
• 18+ individual email inboxes for sending out email campaigns across the individual stores and managing 18+ emails lists with 5k+ addresses per list
Can a single Tier 3 or 4 license cover all of our needs per the above?

You can definitely handle multiple "brands" or locations in one account. Each user can configure their own "from" email/domain.
You can also configure security so that each location can only see leads associated with their location but, management in Brand Man Co can see everything.
Tier 4 provides 20 user accounts so, you may need to purchase additional user seats as you add all of your locations.
