Excelent Product - Enterprise Grade

Not immediate but useful functions
I think that CRM is something different from what you find around, there are features that make it better than many others that, maybe it's true that they have a better aesthetic but let's say that those like me who want a solid and functional tool do not need much aesthetics, but support when needed and solid functionality.
I had already tried CRM some time ago but now I find it much improved, the functions that impressed me most concern data enrichment in particular updating it with LinkedIn data, so I have not found similar things elsewhere (except with significant additional costs).
For those who do serious sales knowing who you are sending a communication to, being able to profile and segment customers in such a granular way is something exceptional. I find that with a little effort the API functions allow you to do really everything. For me it is an excellent product even though I have tried many and it is now part of my toolbox. Thanks appsumo

The UI Needs Help
It is tough to know what's clickable, etc.
There's no search function for the Column Selector Available Fields options.
I really want to like this CRM since it has some awesome features when it comes to making calls as a realtor, but the UI just doesn't do it for me. It's super dated. They need a CRO and a heuristics professional to run through this awesome CRM to make it look and feel like the beast of a tool this is.
I'm going to keep playing with this and I hope the UI can be added to the small roadmap page.

Mar 25, 2025Thanks sharing your thoughts. We are in the midst of a major update of our UI now :-) You can change columns with the column selector button that appears on all pages with list views. On contact view, look for the Edit Layout (orange gear) icon.

10+ year old UI, multiple reliability issues
got the highest tier because everything looked great, here's the experience:
- non-removable SalesNexus branding on every outgoing email
- multiple issues with 2FA - system refused to accept the code. this happened multiple times over a span of multiple days. had to login with an account that did not have 2FA turned on
- despite sharing all contacts with an alternate admin account, they were not visible through that account
- the system was down multiple times - 404
- UI sucks big time. an OLD tool that was built for enterprise and is now being sold to a new audience without ANY updates whatsoever. every step from creating to sending a campaign is a pain.
- we decided this is not a good fit for us. learnt there's no way to delete the contacts we uploaded to the system.

Currently we do not allow changes to the unsubscribe footer at the bottom of emails but, we are working to add that feature soon.
There are some known issues with 2FA in certain international locations.
We are working to update our UI in 2025 :-)

Bugs and terrible UX
tried the CRM for 24 hours, and the first thing I noticed is that it's not user-friendly. I struggled a lot with basic tasks. Additionally, I encountered a few very annoying bugs. I was unable to add a tag or a note to a lead—the button turned red on hover, but nothing happened, despite having no ad-block extensions. I contacted support but received no response, so I initiated a refund.
