1. If I create FREE account with an ID, Can I upgrade same account for one time payment option at later stage that i can purchase from AppSumo or I will need another ID and address information for that?

SendFox is meant to be an email marketing platform for newsletters (i.e. people you already have contact with). It's not designed to be for one-to-one emails, or cold outreach, or things like that. There are likely other solutions out there worth exploring.
"Autoresponder Series": Scenario: The user subscribes to the newsletter (e.g., an email course "SEO") and receives a specific email each week for 5 weeks (i.e., a specific lesson for the "SEO" email course each week).
Please keep in mind that in SendFox we use delays in hours, weeks, and months instead of dates in the automation settings, so you will want to calculate email sequence delays in weeks. But that will suit you.😊
