He's giving me insights on their plans and made me want to support them. I don't feel like a number, I think he actually wants to see his platform succeed and you along with it. Is it perfect? no, its got some growing to do, but the will and the management is there, and for me its working great, I hit my platforms easily, reliably, and everything looks great.
