Q: Bought six codes yesterday, got downgraded to a "light" account today
My password didn't work today, though I have set it yesterday. I managed to reset it, but after logging in I have noticed that my account was downgraded to "light", because of an "expired" AppSumo promotion, and I was prompted to pay for a monthly subscription.
I have asked for a refund. I'm posting this message here to help the founder learn about the problem, fix it, and prevent others from experiencing the same issues.

You were using an account you canceled in 2021. That explains it.
Simply the wrong username.
It seems Ayal is right, I had created an account using the same email address before creating the new one
