Q: Companies and People both count to contacts for tracking?
Hey,
1. So if I upload a 1 company linkedin url and 1 person linkedin url it counts as 2 contacts being tracked?
2. What if a person works on the same company?
3. What information do we currently retrieve from LinkedIn from someone being tracked? Profile changes? Posts? Replies to posts? Liked posts?
4. What is currently not retrievable from LinkedIn but is planned for a near future?
5. When will Facebook be added and what can we retrieve from it?
6. After Facebook, what's next?

1) 1 contact = 1 person. So, you can upload 1 person from 1 company, and this will count as 1 contact. But if you upload 10 people from the same company, it will count as 10 contacts.
2) Currently, we track triggers on LinkedIn such as:
- Mentions of keywords on social media
- Mentions of keywords in new job postings on LinkedIn Jobs
In the near future, we plan to add the following features:
- Enable daily tracking
- Implement an option to build a prospect list (either from your own connections or through third-party data providers)
- Create API integrations
- Enable login via G Suite
- Set up email notifications for signals
- Provide insights on companies and individuals
- Facebook integration will be available in about 3-4 months.
