I’m an appsumo user since many years and never took the time to make a review.

So this is the D-Day :-) . Great app . Works very fine.

In the roadmap, you have to include :

.Other languages than English supported : I m in France and my customers don’t want to receive updates about the files written in English.

. Last but not least : could you please include a multiple user access that we can share with ours teams ? I bought the tier 3 and according to me it’s the minimum of service you have to include

Could you give us a deadline for these updates ?

Yup. It works great. I’m in South Korea, and maybe because I am close to HK it’s so fast. But no drops or cuts or restarts. It’s fast and reliable. I have sent huge files without any problems at all. It’s absolutely great. The added benefit of being notified once the recipient has downloaded everything is a bonus.
I like that the data is encrypted while it is stored and in transit as well. Highly recommended. The devs have done a great job.

This deal is great. The file sharing is easy, and both uploading and downloading are fast. They have been improving the system since I purchased it. I hope to see a Mac app like WeTransfer to make sharing even easier. I also hope they grow and don't discontinue their service like some other companies that have been bought out.

I purchased the business plan to help with administrative tasks for a new church. I am loving this product, it is very much like the FTP platform I use at my day job. It is an elegant solution to a frustration I was having with the size limits and functionality in free versions of other platforms. Admittedly, there are still improvements that could be made, like adding an address book, but overall I am far more impressed than I expected to be at time of purchase. Thank you for this product.

I tried, refunded, and then got the top tier. This is a great service that I somehow trust, I think the CEO is open and very straightforward with the strenghts and weaknesses of the product.
My biggest caveat is the slow upload and download speeds. I know this should improve the longer I use the service, but right now trying to upload a 2 GB file from İstanbul takes too much time. I'm guessing it will be similar for my European clients.
All other stuff works flawlessly, really. I've now tried custom domain too, no problems at all.
I also think it is weak on the design department, but they are actively improving it right now it seems. Good luck, I will keep using it to see if the speeds improve and edit my review accordingly.
