Q: How in the World Do I get Support?

I am desperately trying to get some support. Heatmap produces the error "Forbidden." The only means of support is chat, which has worked only once. And then, I asked if the discussion could be continued by email. I provided my email during the chat but never heard back. HOW DO YOU SUPPORT YOUR PRODUCT? To this point, I have been patient and have tried to avoid going public, but now I've been backed into a corner, and see no other alternative for contacting you, other than to post publically here.
