I have used StatCounter's free version for over 14 years, and it provided me with basic information, but I remained uninformed unless I upgraded. Google analytics was just too complex for me to manage. I looked at the other website counters, and this one seemed like the best fit to handle unlimited domains. It has a nice interface. I like the feedback widget; it doesn't conflict with other chat widgets on my webpage, which might suggest improvements I can make to each page. Now I can also see replays and heatmaps, which might help me gain insights into user behavior. This tool has been an answered prayer for helping me better understand users who visit my websites.
