The session replay feature is of higher quality and more consistent than comparable tools like Microsoft Clarity and Plerdy. However, the heatmap functionality has never been operational. A persistent banner stating "working on a fix for the heatmaps, expected to release in a few days 🙏" has been displayed for approximately six months. If this issue were resolved promptly, I would consider upgrading without hesitation. Unfortunately, reaching customer support has proven impossible, which only deepens my doubts. Overall, I am left with the impression that this product may simply be a repurposed CodeCanyon script being heavily promoted, rather than a robust, sustainable solution.
