I've had this product running on about 8 sites for a while now and really like how easy it is to install the code on the sites and the analytics you receive. I had a hiccup in that my dashboard stopped showing activity on the sites for the last day or so and I contacted tech support and found out it I had overlooked that there was no problem with the software but it was that I had hit the tier 1 limits and simply upgrade to tier 2 due to the traffic on my sites. Jashan, the CEO reached out to me numerous times personally to help me with my issue...Highly recommend!
