Q: How do you get help with support

Hello I purchased Tier 2 but have a few issues with the software playing the audio back with Windows Player but It will play with VLC Media. How can you get help?

A: Hi Ken. Thanks for asking. The videos are designed to play mostly online.

But if you download the videos they are a standard MP4.

So entirely sure what you are goals are. But I will tell you what. Let's schedule a 20 minute Zoom call and I can record it (to send to our Dev team), see what you are trying to do, give you some pointers, and possibly a resolution.

The truth is there are soooo many different ways to use video we try to test for the most common scenarios. But there is always something going on.

Thats ok I could not log in to my account after 1 day so I did a refund.

Ken, sorry I don't see these emails all the time on the weekend. However, I requested that you schedule 20 minutes so we can look at your issues together in order to resolve them.

As you already requested a refund I will send this report of this new issue on Logging in and no longer be able to log in afterward.

I tried everything to log in and nothing worked after the 1st day. Also the support was so slow and no one replied back. I spent over $100 on the software and needed the software to work immediately not a week later. I even tried to reset password but the software said no account listed for the email address. So I figured I would do a refund and try again with a differen email but Appsumo denied

Appsumo will not let me purchase again and I'm a plus member. So I'm very upset about that.
