P.S. We did hit the statement limit after uploading more than 100 documents. We emailed the support and got the problem fixed on the next business day. They responded in a reasonable time and helped us fix the problem. It would be nice if they added a chatbot to the website or some more integrated support options so you don't feel lost, but overall it is a great product.
