Good Tool - Need a little improvement
I edited the previous review after e-meeting the founder, which was very helpful, and so I gave 2 more tacos, now I will give the 5 tacos when following is done:
1. Remove daily limit or explicitly mention on appsumo
2. ADD download option for ADA Report
3. Add more filters, only location & industry for now, see Apollo for reference (eg buying intent, revenue, team size, etc)
4. Bring everything to one page (users should be able to mark the sources (Linkedin, bing, GMB)
5. Important instructions should be provided below the box or somewhere else. For example how to separate the keywords (through commas, space etc)

Sorry to hear about your experience but these issues you raised are more about not understanding how to use the software and it seems you didn't watch any of the demo videos.
1. The SEO report works fine unless you fail to add the prefix "https//" to your website url. We can get on a call so I can walk you through this. 3. There are a lot of filters to help users filter and streamline their search result but it seems you didn't watch the video demo on the dashboard or those in the smatleads academy. They are filters (a lot of them).
4. The reason why we are not allowing users to search multiple cities at a time is because we prefer quality over quantity. Searching multiple cities at a time can impact the quality of the leads which we don't want.
5. To access the email cold calling feature, you need to upgrade to Tier 2. It is clearly stated in the deal page pricing.
