I have not yet redeemed my codes and have a few questions. I'm assuming the platform has a two-way messaging feature? By this I mean that my target audience can text a certain custom keyword (text "BURGER") to 10DLC number (or 800 number) as a way to opt-in and receive an auto reply with a discount coupon. The discount coupon could be in the form of an attachment (image, of PDF), or a link to a page where they can access the coupon? The phone number of everyone that opts in is captured and stored on your platform and can also be downloaded as CSV? Anyone can also opt out at anytime by texting STOP? Is it capable of also bulk messaging so that I can text my entire audience special promotions as needed? Any limitations in this regard? Would greatly appreciate your soonest response :-)
