Q: Regarding Credit

If we encounter an error or the video is not supported, will the credit be consumed or credited back to our account? I noticed that when I encountered an error with the video, it consumed my credits. Can you clarify this? By the way, I'm using a trial account.

A: Hi, the credits will be added back to your profile after 24 hours. Could you check again? We do not charge credits if the task fails.
