A: At the moment, purchasing tiers is only available for AppSumo Plus members. If you're interested in upgrading, you'll need to join AppSumo Plus first.

I just subscribed to T1 and tried to search Insta with a Hashtag "#learnchatbots". I tried with and without a "#" and everytime I am getting the result as "Failed". I have tried multiple times and getting the same result. - Is this an issue?
