I know the disclaimers for using any AI in this fashion. But I have seen some self-built tools save people's likes over conditions for which they could never get answers. I am a Pediatric Cancer Survivor of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia at the age of 3. My doctors are at a loss as to what Long-term symptoms I'm suffering from and why. I want to train an AI using my own medical documents (there's a lot, but if you are confident this can handle such a task as self-made tools despite the disclaimers), I'll invest heavily. Also, I have a long career in IT, understand privacy, and have a dedicated machine for AI, so I will do this locally.
