Q: Frustrating experience after purchasing

I tried to activate it, and got the log in link, and when I clicked it, it took me to a blank page. Tried several browsers and even the desktop app. Then tried the creating a free account using a different email, same issue. Always got the log in link, but there seems to be a glitch on your platform. I wish you had considered having magic link and password option. Stuff like this should be ironed out before launch. Looked good. For now I am going to refund. May try it again at a future date. Wasted 45 minutes.
